Can I get a WOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOO????? I knew these kids would shine today, and shine they did. Check out those planners. I wrote their growth points at the bottom. We expect a 7-8 point growth from Fall to Spring. I am so proud of all of them. If you see their score, write PROUD for $10. A HUGE congratulations to Tyler for making the top growth with 32 points! Wowzers!!!! Well done everyone.
Tomorrow, we move onto math. This is the one I am most excited about. Man, have we learned a ton this year. The growth on this will be high as well. I just BELIEVE it! Kids each have a little diamond to put on their desks to remind them to shine, shine, shine!
Library books need to come back tomorrow if kids are done with them. If renewing, they can go back on Friday.
PTA meeting tomorrow morning at 8:30. It is never too late to get even more involved. Just because you show up, doesn't mean that you will HAVE to do anything. It is fun to just sit in, offer suggestions, and find out about all the great things happening at Arrowhead.
Many kids need to practice their recorder songs. They are required to test out on these songs with Ms. Waddell. Practice, practice, practice.
